Ordering Info

All of our orders are dispatched FREE of charge using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Only one delivery address will be accepted per order. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please place a separate order for each delivery address. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours following receipt of payment, and notification of the dispatch is sent to you by email. Delivery times for the UK take up to 2 days excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the UK. Please see www.royalmail.co.uk for further details.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will dispatch your order as soon as the item arrives back in stock, and send you an email to confirm that your order has been sent. Out of stock items will be delivered between 6-8 weeks.

All parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address) or where someone can sign on your behalf. In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

All jewellery will be beautifully gift wrapped in our branded packaging. There will be no extra charge for this.
